Co-Founder

I spent 13 years in the commercial construction industry, working my way up to superintendent and was responsible for running all the day to day operations in the field for his company. At the end of 2021, I decided to make the leap into real estate full time, which I had been working on part time for several years before that. I’ve loved creating and growing Madison County House Buyers, and trying to improve the lives of everyone I come in contact with.

I’m married to the love of my life and have 2 beautiful daughters. My family is my greatest passion in life. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, reading, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends. I love learning more about personal development and spirituality, and helping everyone I can in both of those areas.

Co-Founder

I have a background in psychology, and bring a people-first approach to real estate, understanding the emotions and challenges that often come with selling a home. My passion for real estate was born from personal experience, having gone through the process of selling a family home to avoid foreclosure. That experience fuels my commitment to helping others find fair, respectful solutions during difficult times.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, playing golf, and staying active in my faith. I also find time to unwind playing video games. I enjoy living a balanced lifestyle rooted in integrity, compassion, and consistent improvement

I joined the MCHB Team as our Business Relationship Manager in March of 2025.

Before starting my sales career in 2022, I excelled as a USAG Professional Gymnastics Coach for 12 years. Using my experience as a Coach to guide others and help them achieve their goals, I’ve thrived in sales and customer service by making a positive impact on everyone I work with. I am extremely driven and focused on providing the best customer experience, all while achieving great success for the company.

My name’s William but my friends call me Beau. I’m a husband and father to three wonderful daughters. Family is very important to me, and I love the process of renovating a property to make it the perfect home for the next family who lives there. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, playing chess, and working on my Jeep.

I’m the Transaction Coordinator for this amazing company. I ensure the entire closing process runs smoothly from start to finish. I’m passionate about my work because I get to help people achieve their dream of owning a home. Outside of work, I enjoy music—Coldplay is my favorite band. I love spending time with dogs, gaming, and enjoying delicious food, especially Mexican cuisine.

My wife and I met at the University of Alabama and moved to Huntsville in 2020. I’ve been raised in Alabama my entire life and I think Huntsville gives us the best of what this great state has to offer. My wife and I enjoy cooking together, going to Lowe Mill, hiking on Monte Sano, going to Fridays after 5 in Athens, going to the First Wednesday car shows in Providence, and arguing about which is the best Italian joint in town. My free time involves taking my 350Z to the race track and playing music.

I like keeping things organized, and identifying the little things that can be improved upon.
